§ 110.06 REASONS FOR DENIAL.
   The reasons for denial of the permit must include one of the following:
   (A)   The applicant has made false statements on the application for the permit;
   (B)   The applicant fails to agree to the terms or conditions of the subchapter;
   (C)   The size or duration of the event will not allow for a practical rerouting of traffic to maintain reasonable traffic flow;
   (D)   The size or duration of the event will cause such a diversion of police, fire and other safety personnel as to prevent reasonable police, fire and safety services to the village;
   (E)   The event will prevent or substantially impair access of police, fire and safety personnel to the event site or to adjacent property; or
   (F)   The event will prevent access to public, private or business places for an unreasonable period of time without the consent of the owners of such private or business places.
