§ 96.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions contained in §§ 96.01 through 96.08 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $50. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which the violation occurs or continues.
   (C)   (1)   Whoever violates any provision of § 96.20 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If, within one year of the offense, the offender has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to one or more violations of § 96.20, the violation is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
      (2)   Parental notification: if the offender is a juvenile and is receiving a warning for violating § 96.20, the parents of such juvenile will be contacted and informed of the violation and warning.
   (D)   (1)   Whoever violates § 96.21 shall be fined $100 for the first conviction, $250 for the second conviction within two years of the first conviction, and $500 for a third or subsequent conviction within two years of the first conviction.
      (2)   No part of any such fine shall be suspended or otherwise reduced.
   (E)   In addition to any other assessment or costs recovered in §§ 96.35 through 96.42, any person causing or maintaining a nuisance as defined by §§ 96.35 through 96.42, who shall fail or refuse to abate or remove the same is in violation of §§ 96.35 through 96.42 and shall be fined not more than $100 per occurrence.
