Any and all existing sidewalks within the village shall be maintained and repaired in good order pursuant to the standards and designs as specified in Exhibit “A” as attached to the ordinance codified herein and adopted by reference as if set out in full herein, which may be amended from time to time upon recommendation of the Village Administrator to the Village Council or by the Village Council at its discretion.
