(A) It shall be unlawful for persons to park or allow a vehicle to stand upon any municipal parking lot, or portions, thereof, of the village for more than seven consecutive days. Law enforcement shall be responsible for the issuance of proper citations.
(B) Whoever violates this schedule is guilty of minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100. Each day that a vehicle remains parked or stands on a municipal parking lots shall be a separate offense.
(C) Should a vehicle remain parked for a period of more than seven consecutive days on any municipal parking lot, in that event, the same shall be considered a nuisance and shall be subject to removal by the village and impounded. The vehicle shall not be released from impound until any and all costs of towing and storage shall be paid.
