(A) It shall be unlawful for certain persons to park or allow a vehicle to stand upon the streets or public thoroughfares, or portions, thereof, of the village, without a permit, on or along High Street, where parking is allowed from Main Street to Lawn Avenue from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
(B) This schedule shall not be binding upon those persons who receive a valid parking permit through the office of the Village Administrator. Only those persons or entities who own real estate along either side of the above named streets or their lawful tenants, shall be entitled to receive a parking permit from the village as aforementioned.
(C) Whoever violates this schedule is guilty of minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500.
