(A) The following handicap parking spaces are hereby created:
(1) At the intersection of North Main Street and Vine Street: the first space on Vine Street adjacent to Lot 102;
(2) At the intersection of North Main Street and Church Street: the first space on Church Street adjacent to Lot 105;
(3) The parking space in the northwest corner of Lot No. 58 located in the municipal parking lot between Thurman and Main Streets;
(4) Two parking spaces on the southeasterly side of Jackson Street at the entrance to the school; and
(5) All handicap parking spaces located on private property, and designated by the property owner.
(B) Appropriate signs shall be erected covering the matters herein set forth.
(C) Any vehicle parked in a handicap zone must display either a handicap license plate or a card for display on the vehicle.
(D) Whoever violates this schedule is guilty of minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100.
