(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or park a commercial truck vehicle upon the streets or public thoroughfares, or portions thereof, of the village, as hereinafter set forth at any time on Jefferson Street from Main Street to Jackson Street.
(B) (1) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or park a commercial truck vehicle upon the streets or public thoroughfares, or portions thereof, of the village, as hereinafter set forth at any time on Thurman Street from East Elm Street to Jefferson Street.
(2) A COMMERCIAL TRUCK shall be defined as a semitractor, semitrailer and commercial bus.
(C) (1) It shall be unlawful for persons to operate a semitrailer on any part of Lake Street in the village without making a legitimate stop or delivery.
(2) For purposes of this division (B), SEMITRAILER means every vehicle designed or used for carrying persons or property with another and separate motor vehicle so that in operation a part of its own weight or that of its load, or both, rests upon and is carried by another vehicle. The term includes a vehicle coupled to another vehicle or a combination of vehicles provided the weight or load, or both, of at least one of such vehicles rests upon and is carried by another vehicle. The term does not, however, include trailers of the domestic variety, commonly referred to as trailers, recreational vehicles or campers.
(D) (1) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or park a commercial truck vehicle upon the streets or public thoroughfares, or portions thereof, of the village as hereinafter set forth at any time: on North Spring Street between Riley Street and Snider Road; except for deliveries being made coming from Snider Road. At no time shall a commercial truck vehicle attempt to use the bridge on North Spring Street.
(2) A COMMERCIAL TRUCK shall be defined as a semitractor, semitrailer and commercial bus.
(E) Whoever violates this schedule is guilty of minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100.
