(A) All motorized vehicles are hereby banned from driving or parking on all portions of any bikeway within the village except that portion of the bikeway which occupies village streets.
(B) This section shall not apply to any motor vehicle owned by the village and operated by employees of the village while doing any work on any portion of the bikeway.
(C) Any vehicle found violating this section may be impounded and towed at the expense of the owner or operator of said vehicle.
(D) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on each subsequent offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
