§ 54.06 USE OF WATER FOR SWIMMING POOL, SKATING RINK, WATERING LAWNS AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   In the event, an individual, served with village utilities, wishing to fill a swimming pool or skating rink, watering lawns and trees and/or related items, via an outside faucet; and seeking an adjustment, the party in question may acquire from the Village Administrator both a permit and a meter. The maximum amount of time allowed for possession and use of the meter per is from May 1 through November 15. A $50 fee will be administered to cover the permit, application and set-up costs. Upon completion, the metered quantity will then be returned to the office of the Utility Clerk for billing. The appropriate amount will be credited to the homeowner’s account.
   (B)   Tampering with any meter shall be deemed unlawful.
   (C)   The Village Administrator will allow a one-time rate adjustment per year for extenuating circumstances.
