Any person violating provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the village for any expense, loss, or damage occasioned by the village by reason of such violation. The village will retain any and all civil remedies, including but not limited to injunction or abatement actions to remedy such violation. Additionally, non-compliance fees may be assessed to the property until such violation(s) are corrected to the satisfaction of the village.
