(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) In the event that a permit is not applied for as required in § 51.02(G), the village will apply a fine of $25.
(C) (1) Whoever violates any provision of § 51.02 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined not exceeding $25 per day for any such violation and each day during which such violation shall continue shall be a separate offense.
(2) All charges collected pursuant to the provisions of division (C)(1) above shall be deposited in the appropriate Sewer or Waterworks Revenue Fund.
