§ 51.04 RESTRICTING THE ACCEPTANCE OF SEWAGE AND SLUDGE.
   (A)   Commercial. The village sanitary sewerage plant will not accept commercial sewage, sludge and related materials for process and treatment into the sewage treatment plant by a commercial hauler.
   (B)   Residential.
      (1)   Residents residing in or near the village, who pay for village sanitary sewerage services, may apply for a permit to have their private septic tank pumped and then dumped into the village treatment plant at no cost.
      (2)   The contractor will apply for the permit at the Administrator’s office. The permit will then be issued to the contractor at the time the work is to be done. The contractor will present his or her permit to the treatment plant operator who will return it to the Administrator’s office. This permit expires in 48 hours from the time of issue, at which time the sewage will no longer be accepted and must be disposed elsewhere at the contractor’s expense. Other arrangements may be allowed by contacting the Administrator.
      (3)   The office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and the sewage treatment plant hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
