§ 50.20 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   FILL MATERIAL. Earth, sand, stone, brick, concrete and asphalt.
   GARBAGE. Animal, vegetable wastes or any food item intended for or resulting from handling, preparation or cooking for consumption as food.
   REFUSE MATERIAL. All rejected waste matter, which includes, but is not limited to, such matter as rags, paper, old clothes, shoes, barrels, boxes, baskets, worn-out furniture (including bedsprings, mattresses, stuffed furniture and appliances), carpet, glass and glassware, ashes, garden clippings, toys, bicycles, automotive parts and all similar materials, plaster or other substances accumulated as a result of building or remodeling operations.
   VILLAGE INHABITANTS. All water and sewer customers within the village corporation limits.
   YARD WASTE RECYCLABLE MATERIAL. Grass clippings, leaves, brush, trees and tree trimmings.
