(A) Each residential unit shall pay for complete weekly unlimited garbage, refuse and recyclables collection, the sum of $19.56 per month, which shall be billed in conjunction with the water and sewer charges.
(B) Charges shall consist of the bid from the contractor plus $0.50 per month for each residence for billing and collection of garbage, refuse and recycling services.
