§ 39.02 ADDITIONAL COURT COSTS FOR CASES WHICH ARE CHARGED TO MAYOR’S COURT.

(A) The Village Council approves the collection of an additional $20 in court costs from each case charged to the Mayor’s Court whether heard in the Court or whether bond is posted.

(B) As per R.C. § 733.40, these costs shall be deposited into the village treasury and that no restrictions are required on this money.
