§ 36.01 ESTABLISHING ALL VOLUNTEER FIRE PERSONNEL AS BEING ON REGULAR STATUS.

The use of auxiliary fire personnel will be discontinued. Fire personnel currently serving under auxiliary status will be moved to regular status and receive the same compensation as all regular fire personnel as outlined in Ord. 24-03. Any and all future volunteer fire personnel will serve under regular status.
