§ 33.15 ESTABLISHMENT.
   There shall be an office in the administration of the village, the Office of Director of Public Safety. At any time that the Mayor does not appoint a Director of Public Safety or when the Director of Public Safety shall be absent from the village, then the Mayor shall exercise all of the powers of the Director of Public Safety.
