At its first meeting in each year, the Commission shall organize by electing one of its members as Chairperson and another as Vice-Chairperson and another as Secretary. At each annual meeting thereafter, the Commission shall elect from its membership a Chairperson and a Vice-Chairperson and a Secretary who shall serve for a term of one year.
