(A) The Commission shall be comprised of five members and two alternates who shall be selected by the Council of the village for terms of one to five years.
(B) At its organizational meeting, the Board shall appoint one member for a one-year term, one for a two-year term, one for a three-year term, one for a four-year term and one for a five-year term. Those members so selected for each term shall be eligible for reappointment at the conclusion of their terms.
