§ 133.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating or failing to comply with the provisions of §§ 133.20 through 133.25 of this chapter shall upon conviction thereof be fined not less than $50, nor more than $750, for each offense.
