If the case of a chronic truant is referred to court, the court shall be requested to consider the following as possible dispositions of the chronic truancy case:
(A) Adult supervision for one year or for the balance of the school year in which the offense was committed;
(B) Suspension of the chronic truant’s driver’s license, where applicable;
(C) Community service work;
(D) Fines of not less than $100 and not more than $750, which may be waived upon the successful completion of the school year without unexplained or unpermitted absence; and
(E) Referral to specific agencies available to address specific problems.
