§ 130.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 130.03 of this chapter is subject to a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $750 for each offense. Each separate violation of § 130.03 of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 130.04 of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $100, nor more than $750, for each offense. Each possession or use of any such replica firearm shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
