(A) The company shall provide the following quarterly reports in a form acceptable to the city:
(1) A report showing the number of service calls by type during the preceding quarter;
(2) A report showing the number of outages during, the preceding, quarter; and
(3) A report stating the subscriber totals for each category of service for the city including current subscribers, new subscribers, reconnects, disconnects, secondary connects and pay units.
(B) The company shall provide the city such other or additional information as the city may request from time to time, provided that such other or additional information relates to the scope of the city’s regulatory authority.
