If there are recurring problems or complaints, the company will perform reasonable tests at the request, of the city, including partial repeat tests, different test procedures, or tests involving a specific subscriber’s terminal, at the company’s expense. The city may require the company to prepare a report to the city on the results of those tests, including a report identifying any problem found and steps taken to correct the problem. The company will endeavor to arrange for such, special tests so as to minimize hardship or inconvenience to subscribers.
