§ 122.066 EMERGENCY OVERRIDE.
   The company’s system shall have an audio emergency override system that can be activated by the city. The override shall be capable of providing an audio signal over all NTSC channels of the company’s system. Additionally, the company may in a franchise agreement be required to provide an audio/video override. The city shall be solely responsible for the content of all transmissions over the emergency override. The company shall not be liable for any claim or cause of action arising from the city’s transmission, or failure to transmit, over the emergency override. The city agrees to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any damages or penalties arising out of the negligence of the city, its employees or agents in using such service.
