§ 122.049 SURETY OR GUARANTY AGREEMENT REQUIRED.
   The city may require a company to provide a surety or guaranty agreement which establishes that the parent company, or one or all general partners, accepts liability for the debt and performance of the partnership upon the partnership’s default.
