§ 121.42 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.
   Any person desiring to engage in the business of commission merchant or commission dealer, as above defined, shall make application to the City Clerk for a license so to do. The application shall state the name of the applicant, the place where the business is to be carried on and any other information desired by the City Clerk.
