For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COMMISSION MERCHANT or COMMISSION DEALER. One who negotiates, buys, sells, trades, leases or handles for others on a commission basis, any grain, provisions, produce, live stock, goods, wares, merchandise or other commodity; provided that a dealer in real estate shall not come under the provisions of this subchapter.
