§ 120.17 INSPECTION AFTER LICENSING VEHICLES.
   Every licensed vehicle shall be submitted to a safety test to be administered quarterly by a qualified automobile repair shop, approved by the City Council License Committee. A certificate of safety shall be issued to each such vehicle after each inspection, and shall be affixed to the windshield of such vehicle. In addition thereto, the City Health Officer shall inspect each such vehicle quarterly for cleanliness and good appearance. Any license which has been issued may be suspended or revoked in any case where such vehicle is found to be unfit or unsuited for public patronage as herein provided.
