§ 120.15 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.
   No taxicab shall ply upon the streets of the city without first obtaining a license from the City Clerk. A license shall be issued as of the calendar year, and shall be effective for such period of time, unless sooner suspended or revoked as herein provided by the City Council. Applications for licenses for taxicabs shall be made by the owner upon blank forms to be furnished by the City Clerk. The application shall contain the full name and address of the owner, the class of the vehicle for which the license is desired, the length of the time the vehicle has been in use, the number of persons it is capable of carrying and, if a motor-driven vehicle, the motor power thereof.
