(A) The license fee to be paid therefor shall be as follows:
(1) For each one-horse express wagon, dray or public cart: the sum of $5 per annum;
(2) For each two-horse express wagon, dray, public cart or moving van: the sum of $10 per annum;
(3) For each automobile junkyard of moving van with the capacity of two tons or less: the sum of $10 per annum; and
(4) For each automobile truck, dray or moving van, having a capacity greater than two tons: the sum of $15 per annum.
(B) The licenses shall expire on April 30 next succeeding the date of issuance of the license.
(C) If the license be granted for less than one year, the license fee shall be reduced pro rata.
