(A) If any person licensed to engage in the business of a filling station shall, before the expiration of the license, desire to change the location of the business, the licensee shall notify the City Clerk and shall furnish all of the information which is required to be furnished on an original application for license.
(B) Every application for change of location shall be approved by the Building Inspector and Fire Marshal before a change in location shall be authorized.
(C) The new location shall be subject to the same conditions and restrictions as are prescribed for the premises for which the license was first issued.
