For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context, clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MACHINE SHOP. A work shop in which machines are made or metal parts thereof are made or are repaired or where parts of machines or tools, implements, gears, dies, screws or other metal articles are cut, filed, shaped, punched, stamped or repaired by means of a lathe or other machinery.
