§ 118.046 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.
   Any person desiring to keep, conduct or maintain a lumberyard or a place for the sale, storing or keeping of lumber as described in § 118.045 of this chapter shall make application in writing to the City Clerk for a license. The application shall set forth the name of the applicant and the place where it is desired to keep the lumberyard or the place to be used for the storage or sale of lumber. After the payment of the license fee, the City Clerk shall issue to the applicant a license, attested by the proper city authorities, authorizing the applicant to keep, conduct or maintain a lumberyard or place for the storage or sale of lumber at the place designated in the application.
