§ 113.189 LICENSE NUMBER AND LOCATION RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   Video gaming terminals may not be operated on any premises located within 100 feet of a school or a place or worship.
   (B)   The number, of video gaming licenses available for a licensed establishment, licensed fraternal establishment or licensed veterans establishment shall be restricted as specified in Chapter 111, Alcoholic Liquor, of this code of ordinances.
