(A) Auctioneer’s licenses shall be of the following classes.
(1) A Class “A” daily license shall entitle the licensee to undertake the business or trade of an auctioneer or sell at public auction for not more than one day. The license fee for a Class “A” license shall be $25 per license.
(2) A Class “B” license shall entitle the licensee to undertake the business or trade of an auctioneer or sell at public auction on a yearly basis; the license to expire on the April 30 next after the date of issuance. The license fee for a Class “B” license shall be $300 per license.
(B) Class “A” and “B” licenses shall be mutually exclusive.
