(A) Application for a garage sale license will be made to the Building Department of the city. The fee for the license will be $5. Each license applicant shall also deposit $25 to assure that all signs advertising the sale are removed and that no city property is damaged.
(B) This deposit will be refunded two days after the last date permitted for the respective sale; provided, the Building Department determines that all signs are removed, the premises where the sale is conducted are cleaned up and no damage to city property has occurred.
