For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GARAGE SALE. Any sale, or offer for sale of any item of personal property, by any person, firm or corporation, at a residence, dwelling or other residential location situated in the city when the sale is advertised in any manner as a garage sale, estate sale, moving sale, yard sale or basement sale and the owner or occupant of the residence, dwelling or other residential location is not otherwise licensed to sell personal property from said location.
