§ 113.142 PLACEMENT OF SEATS; STANDING ROOM.
   No person shall place seats in the aisles or passages between seats in any theater, and no person shall allow persons to stand in the aisles or passages between seats in the theater, except for the purpose of passing to or from any seat.
