(A) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be fined an amount not less than $100, and no more than $750, for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) Any person violating or failing to comply with any provision of § 110.04 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $50, nor more than $250, for each offense.
