§ 94.28 UNHEALTHY CONDITION IN BUILDING TO BE ALTERED.
   Whenever it shall come to the knowledge of the Building Department that the condition of any building or premises is injurious to the health or dangerous to the lives of the occupants, or of the public, it shall be the duty of the Building Department to make a thorough examination of the building or premises and to direct and instruct as to the remedy of such condition and, if this be not remedied within a reasonable time, the Building Department shall thereupon cause the premises or building to be put in good sanitary order, at the cost of the individual responsible for or causing such unhealthful condition.
