The rules and regulations of the State Board of Health concerning cholera, smallpox, yellow fever, diphtheria, scarlet fever, typhoid fever or other infectious or contagious disease shall be enforced by the Building Department and, for the enforcement of such rules and regulations, all public officers of the city in their proper capacities, are hereby commanded and enjoined to assist the Department.
