§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   The fine for violations per § 92.20 shall be not less than $200 nor more than $1,000 per day for each day the violations remain uncorrected.
