§ 90.101 SEPARATE STRUCTURES FOR HOUSING.
   (A)   No separate structure or enclosure used for the housing of animals shall be erected or maintained nearer than 100 feet from any church or school.
   (B)   Each separate structure or enclosure shall otherwise comply with applicable building, zoning, health or sanitation codes of the city and the statutes of the state.
