§ 72.02 PARKING AT CURB.
   No vehicle shall be parked with the left side of such vehicle next to the curb, except on one-way streets, and no person shall stand or park any vehicle in or upon a highway or street other than parallel with the curb of the highway or street and with the two right wheels of the vehicle on the roadway within 12 inches of the regularly established curb line. Vehicles parked on a one-way street, with the two left wheels parallel to the curb line must also have the wheels on the roadway within 12 inches of the established curb line. Parking any portion of a vehicle on a parkway shall be prohibited. It shall not be unlawful to park a vehicle on an established driveway between the curb line and sidewalk, provided that no portion of the vehicle protrudes onto the roadway or sidewalk.
