§ 72.01 ILLEGAL PARKING.
   No person shall permit any vehicle to stand in any of the following places, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or a traffic-control device:
   (A)   In any intersection;
   (B)   In a crosswalk;
   (C)   Upon any bridge or viaduct or the approach thereto;
   (D)   Within 30 feet upon the approach to any flashing beacon, stop sign or traffic-control signal on the approaching side of the highway or street;
   (E)   Within 20 feet of any intersection or crosswalk;
   (F)   At any place where the standing of a vehicle will reduce the usable width of the highway or street for moving traffic to less than 18 feet;
   (G)   Within 15 feet of a fire hydrant;
   (H)   Within 20 feet of the driveway entrance to any fire station and on the side of a street opposite the entrance to any fire station within 75 feet of the entrance when properly sign-posted;
   (I)   On a sidewalk;
   (J)   In front of a public or private driveway;
   (K)   Within 50 feet of the nearest rail of a railroad grade crossing;
   (L)   On the roadway side of any vehicle parked at the edge or curb of a street;
   (M)   At any place where official signs are posted prohibiting parking pursuant to the provisions of any ordinance of the city;
   (N)   On the west side of the 129th block of Page Street adjacent to Centennial Park;
   (O)   West side of Chatham Street between its intersection with Vermont Street on the north and Fulton Street on the south;
   (P)   The west side of Highland Avenue between its intersection with Union Street on the north and its intersection with York Street on the south between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.;
   (Q)   Beginning on the west side of Vincennes Avenue from its intersection with 122nd Street and then proceeding in a general northerly direction along the west side of Vincennes Avenue to the intersection of 119th Street and Vincennes Avenue, thence westerly along the southside of 119th Street to its intersection with Longwood Avenue; thence in a general southernly direction along the west side of Longwood to its intersection with 122nd Street, thence in a general easterly direction along the southside of 122nd Street to its intersection with Vincennes Avenue. Also, on the north and south side of 122nd Street from Longwood Drive to Irving Street;
   (R)   On Florence Street from its intersection with Irving Street on the west to a point on the east where Florence Street intersects with the entrance to the existing industrial park;
   (S)   On the public street within ten feet of any mailbox or receptacle for accepting mail during the hours of 8:00 a.m. through 6:00 pm., Monday through Saturday;
   (T)   On the north side of 123rd Street between Western Avenue and Artesian Avenue; and
   (U)   On the south side of 123rd Street between Western Avenue and the first alleyway immediately west of Western Avenue.
