(A) All water services shall be tapped by a licensed plumber responsible for the installation.
(B) All details of a plumbing installation as to materials, workmanship, methods, supervision, inspection and other regulations pertaining to any and all appurtenances connected to the water system of the city, shall be in compliance with state law, this code of ordinances and with any other ordinance or ordinances now or hereafter in effect relating to plumbers or plumbing within this city.
(C) Penalty. Any person violating any provision of this section shall be subject to § 10.99 of the code of ordinances.
