§ 51.089 REFUND OF DEPOSIT.
   In case the obstruction is removed and such street restored to its former condition within the time set forth above and to the satisfaction of the Department of Municipal Services, the depositing shall, upon written authorization of the Department of Municipal Services, be refunded to the depositor.
