(A) All permits granted under the provisions of this subchapter may be revoked by the City Council at any time without the consent of the holder of the permit.
(B) Upon the termination, by revocation or otherwise of the authority, rights and provisions herein granted, the driveway herein authorized shall be removed and the sidewalk space where the same was located shall be restored to its proper condition to the satisfaction of the Department of Municipal Services.
(C) The restoration shall be at the sole expense of the holder of the permit without cost or expense of any kind whatsoever to the city.
