(A) In furtherance of the complete streets policy adopted by the city, there shall be established a City of Blue Island Complete Streets Map which may be amended from time to time by the City Council upon recommendation by the Plan Commission or other designated committee.
(B) The city shall identify county, state and federal transportation projects and coordinate implementation of this subchapter with the relevant agencies.
